System resource considerations

Because Terminal Server is designed for multisession use, you should limit the number of installed programs that require large amounts of system resources. Consider restricting user or group access to certain program types, disabling unnecessary features that require the most resources, or installing these programs on separate servers.

Check system requirements for each program carefully and remember that RAM and CPU requirements increase with the number of sessions running. While there is not a true one-to-one correlation between these, this gives you a basis for projecting program performance.
