Security for Services for Macintosh users
With Services for Macintosh, network security is enforced for Macintosh clients in the same way it is enforced for x86-based clients. File Server for Macintosh translates user identification, authentication (passwords), and permissions so that the integrity of the server is maintained regardless of the type of client used.
