To view disk quota information for volume users

Open My Computer.
Right-click the volume for which you want to view quota information, and then click Properties.
In the Properties dialog box, click the Quota tab.
On the Quota tab, click Quota Entries.

The Quota Entries window appears. Each row contains information for a volume user.

Notes

To perform this procedure, you must be a member of the Administrators group on the local computer, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority. If the computer is joined to a domain, members of the Domain Admins group might be able to perform this procedure. As a security best practice, consider using Run as to perform this procedure. For more information, see Default local groups, Default groups, and Using Run as.
To open My Computer, click Start, and then click My Computer.
If the volume is not formatted with the NTFS file system, or if you are not a member of the Administrators group, the Quota tab is not displayed in the volume`s properties dialog box.
When the Quota Entries window is first opened, volume quota information must be obtained from the network domain controller. This information is filled in dynamically as it is obtained, and then it is saved so that it is immediately available the next time the Quota Entries window is opened.

To open a command prompt, click Start, point to All programs, point to Accessories, and then click Command prompt.
In order to view quota information, the volume must be formatted with the NTFS file system.
