Find queues

Applies To: Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Server 2003 with SP1, Windows Server 2003 with SP2

To find queues

  1. Open Active Directory Users and Computers.

  2. On the View menu, click Users, Groups, and Computers as containers, and then click Advanced Features.

  3. In the console tree, right-click any folder or object shown.

  4. Click Find.

  5. In Find, click the arrow that opens the list, and then click Message Queuing Queue.

  6. On the Find Message Queuing Queue page, in Label or Type ID, type the appropriate queue information, and then click Find Now.

Notes

  • To open Active Directory Users and Computers, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Active Directory Users and Computers.

  • If you leave Label and Type ID empty, a list of all queues will be displayed. If you enter information in both Label and Type ID, only those queues that satisfy both criteria will be displayed.
