NPS Accounting

Network Policy Server (NPS) accounting is the logging of user authentication and accounting requests to a local file or a SQL Server database.

Name Description

NPS Accounting Message Processing

Network Policy Server (NPS) processes accounting request messages that it receives from configured RADIUS clients.

NPS Local Log File Status

If you have configured local file logging, Network Policy Server (NPS) records accounting information in log files on the local hard drive. If NPS cannot write accounting data to log files, NPS stops processing connection requests from configured RADIUS clients.
