Use the Edit Feature Settings dialog box to allow administrators to bypass delegation rules and to enable the logging of failed requests.

Select this option to allow administrators to bypass the specified delegation rules.

Enable failed request tracing logs for the delegation service

Select this option to enable the logging of failed request information.

To use this feature, the failed request tracing module must be installed.
