Select this option if you want the default user permissions policy for this relying party to be "Permit All" for any of its users. If you select this option, you can configure individual rules that will restrict users later, based on rules that you create. |
Deny all users access to this relying party |
Select this option if you want the default user permissions policy for this relying party to be "Deny All" for any of its users. If you select this option, users will not be able to receive claims from this relying party unless you specifically grant them access using additional rules that you must create grant access. |
