This Aspect refers to events pertaining to the ability of the user to connect to the display of the virtual machine over the remote desktop protocol (RDP).

Resolve

Check Rdp Init

Check the environment in which the virtual machine was being started which includes:

  1. access to the certificate store
  2. if the rdp4vs.dll is accessible and is of the correct version.
  3. prior error messages in the event log
  4. configuration settings.

Once the necessary issues have been rectified, please try to start the virtual machine again. If the problem persists, please contact Product Support.

Verify

The virtual machine is able to start successfully and the user is able to view and interact with the virtual machine display.
