Add or Edit a Custom Attribute Store

Display name	Displays the name of the custom attribute store.
Custom attribute store class name	Provides a space to enter a class reference to a custom type in a .NET assembly that contains the custom attribute store.
Optional initialization parameters	Displays a list of initialization parameters to use for a connection to the custom attribute store. To add a parameter to the list, click Add. To remove a selected parameter from the list, click Remove. For more information, see Add a Connection Parameter. The developer providing the custom attribute store should provide exact guidance on the specific parameters (if any) that are required here.
