Generate and e-mail a network report

Perform this task to manually generate a network report and e-mail the report automatically to one or more specified recipients.
Note
Before you can perform this task, you must specify at least one recipient for the report.
Note
You must be a network administrator to complete this procedure.
To manually generate and e-mail a network report
Open the Windows SBS Console.
On the navigation bar, click Reports.
The list view displays the network reports that are scheduled for your server.
In the list view, click to select the network report that you want to generate and send in e-mail.
In the tasks pane, click Generate and e-mail report.
The report appears in the details pane of the Windows SBS Console. A copy of the report is automatically e-mailed to the recipients who are specified on the E-mail Options tab of the Report Properties.
