Modify the backup location

To complete this procedure, you must be logged on as a member of the Domain Admins security group.

  1. Open Server Management. To open Server Management, click Start, and then click Server Management.
  2. In the console tree, click Backup.
  3. In the details pane, click Configure Backup. The Backup Configuration Wizard appears.
  4. Complete the wizard by updating information as needed.

Note

To modify the backup location, you must have run the Backup Configuration Wizard previously.

Note

If you are moving from a hard disk backup to a tape backup, options in the Backup Configuration Wizard are different from when you configured a backup to a hard disk.
