Microsoft-Windows-IE-ClientNetworkProtocolImplementation

The Microsoft-Windows-IE-ClientNetworkProtocolImplementation component contains settings that enable you to determine your proxy server policy for all users on a specific computer or for each user on the computer.

This setting has no effect on Server Core installations of Windows Server 2008.

HKLMProxyEnable is effective only if the HKLMSoftware\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\InternetSettings registry key contains ProxySettingsPerUser as a REG DWORD with the value set to 0.

HKLMProxyOverride

Specifies a list of host names or IP addresses that will bypass the proxy server for all users on the computer.

HKLMProxyOverride is effective only if the HKLMSoftware\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\InternetSettings registry key contains ProxySettingsPerUser as a REG DWORD with the value set to 0.

HKLMProxyServer

Specifies the IP address or the host name of the proxy server on the network for all users on the computer.

HKLMProxyServer is effective only if the HKLMSoftware\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\InternetSettings registry key contains ProxySettingsPerUser as a REG DWORD with the value set to 0.

HKLMReceiveTimeOut

Specifies the number of milliseconds to wait for a socket-receive message to complete for all users on the computer.

HKLMSendTimeOut

Specifies the number of milliseconds to wait for a socket-send message to complete for all users on the computer.
