Nlsfunc
Loads information specific to the country/region. Windows XP does not use this command. It is accepted only for compatibility with MS-DOS files.
nlsfunc [[Drive:][Path][FileName]]
[[ Drive :][ Path ][ FileName ]] : Specifies the file containing information specific to the country/region.
/? : Displays help at the command prompt.

This tool is not available on Windows XP 64-Bit Edition.
