Rotates the image around its center in a clock-wise direction.

Remarks

Dimensions of the resulting image are such that the rotated image fits snuggly inside it.

Areas outside the original image are rendered in black.

The resulting image dimensions may never exceed (16383, 16383). An exception will be thrown during rendering if this is the case.
