The name, if it is a valid NCName.
Exceptions
Exception | Condition |

ArgumentNullException | name is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) or String.Empty. |
XmlException | name is not a valid NCName. |
Remarks
An NCName is a name that cannot contain a colon.
