Initializes a new CSharp is event binder.

Parameters

• flags
  Type: Microsoft.CSharp.RuntimeBinder.CSharpBinderFlags
  The flags with which to initialize the binder.

• name
  Type: System.String
  The name of the event to look for.

• context
  Type: System.Type
  The Type that indicates where this operation is used.

Return Value

Type: System.Runtime.CompilerServices.CallSiteBinder
Returns a new CSharp is event binder.
