Parameters

  • provider
    Type: System.IFormatProvider
    The IFormatProvider to be used to format the return value.
    -or-
    nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) to obtain the format information from the current locale setting of the operating system.

An empty string (String.Empty).
