XmlSerializationWriter.FromDateTime Method

Produces a string from an input DateTime.

Parameters

  Type: System.DateTime
  A DateTime to translate to a string.

Return Value

Type: System.String
A string representation of the DateTime that shows the date and time.

Remarks

The protected members of XmlSerializationWriter are intended for use only by derived classes that are used internally within the .NET Framework XML serialization infrastructure.

The FromDateTime method is static.
