Initializes a new instance of the BalloonChangedEventArgs class.

Parameters

visible
Type: System.Boolean
true to indicate the notification is visible; otherwise, false.

Remarks

When the BalloonChanged event occurs, the BalloonChangedEventArgs class indicates whether the balloon is visible.
