Returns the difference between two inputs.
function MinusL (a : BigInt, b : BigInt) : BigInt
Input
a : BigInt
The first input $a$ to be subtracted.
b : BigInt
The second input $b$ to be subtracted.
Output : BigInt
The difference $a - b$.
