My Canon MG3600 series printer cannot be found by my surface, how can I fix this?

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community.

    Is this the first time that you are trying to connect and set up your Canon MG3600 printer to your Surface Pro 8 or this was working fine already before then suddenly stopped working?

    Please try to download then install the full driver and software package of the printer to your Surface Pro 8. See this page then click on Download: MG3600 series Full Driver & Software Package (Windows) (my.canon). After downloading the file, double-click on it to run it then just follow the prompts.
