my xbox app dosent open

Thanks for reaching out. A spinner with nothing launching is usually the Store cache or Gaming Services being in a bad state, so I'd go in this order:

• Clear the Store cache: press Windows + R, type wsreset, hit Enter, let Store reopen, then try Xbox again.
• Reset the Xbox app: Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Xbox > Advanced options > Repair, then Reset.
• Reinstall Gaming Services: In PowerShell (Admin): Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | Remove-AppxPackage -allusers then restart the PC and reinstall it from the Store.
• Check Xbox services: press Windows + R, type services.msc and hit Enter to open the Services console. Find Xbox Live Auth Manager, Xbox Live Game Save and Xbox Live Networking Service, make sure each is running, and set their Startup type to Automatic.

If it still won't open after that, reinstalling the Xbox app from the Store is the next step. Let me know how far you get and whether you see any error.
