Description for Deletes a web, mobile, or API app, or one of the deployment slots.

DELETE https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.Web/sites/{name}?api-version=2023-12-01

With optional parameters:

DELETE https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.Web/sites/{name}?deleteMetrics={deleteMetrics}&deleteEmptyServerFarm={deleteEmptyServerFarm}&api-version=2023-12-01

URI Parameters

resourceGroupName	path	True	string	Name of the resource group to which the resource belongs. Regex pattern: ^[-\w\._\(\)]+[^\.]$
subscriptionId	path	True	string	Your Azure subscription ID. This is a GUID-formatted string (e.g. 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000).
api-version	query	True	string	API Version
deleteEmptyServerFarm	query		boolean	Specify false if you want to keep empty App Service plan. By default, empty App Service plan is deleted.
deleteMetrics	query		boolean	If true, web app metrics are also deleted.
