Remove access control lists under the specfied security namespace.

DELETE https://dev.azure.com/{organization}/_apis/accesscontrollists/{securityNamespaceId}?api-version=7.1-preview.1

With optional parameters:

DELETE https://dev.azure.com/{organization}/_apis/accesscontrollists/{securityNamespaceId}?tokens={tokens}&recurse={recurse}&api-version=7.1-preview.1

URI Parameters

securityNamespaceId	path	True	string uuid	Security namespace identifier.
organization	path		string	The name of the Azure DevOps organization.
api-version	query	True	string	Version of the API to use. This should be set to '7.1-preview.1' to use this version of the api.
recurse	query		boolean	If true and this is a hierarchical namespace, also remove child ACLs of the specified tokens.
tokens	query		string	One or more comma-separated security tokens
