Shuts down all the virtual machines in the virtual machine scale set, moves them to a new node, and powers them back on.

URI Parameters

subscriptionId	path	True	string	Subscription credentials which uniquely identify Microsoft Azure subscription. The subscription ID forms part of the URI for every service call.
vmScaleSetName	path	True	string	The name of the VM scale set.
api-version	query	True	string	Client Api Version.
