Azure Impact reporting enables you to report to Microsoft performance, connectivity and availability impact to your Azure workloads. It is not a replacement for support tickets, but an additional tool to leverage and a quicker way to let us know that something might be wrong. We use the report, together with other customers' reports to act fast in easing the pain.
