Finalize file uploads to an entity's profile.

FileNames	True	string[]	Names of the files to be finalized. Restricted to a-Z, 0-9, '(', ')', '_', '-' and '.'
ProfileVersion	True	number	The current version of the profile, can be used for concurrency control during updates.
CustomTags		object	The optional custom tags associated with the request (e.g. build number, external trace identifiers, etc.).
