csharp sample code to connect to Azure SQL Server using SQL Server Management Object

Code Overview and Pre-requisites

This sample code uses the Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Smo .NET Library to connect to Azure SQL DB. Before running this, you need to create an Azure SQL Database resource within your Azure Subscription. After creation, ensure that the SQl Server resource has the Public Network access enabled as mentioned here. Update all the variable details in the below code before running the sample.
