This template deploys Airflow Web App with PostgreSQL database on App Services

PS: After the deployment, Airflow starts to initialize by creating and updating the PostgreSQL database (it takes a couple of minutes), and once this process is finished, the AirFlow app is ready to be used, with the basic samples.
