Improved Performance and Sync Processing

SDS is making some significant changes to how data syncs, resulting in a massive performance improvement for administrators. Historically SDS paused sync every 60 minutes of processing for 40 minutes to ensure service load balancing. Our recent improvements, namely reducing sync times and the number of calls to SIS providers' endpoints, have reduced the "sync cycle delay" from 40 minutes to 20 minutes and resulted in a 20 percent improvement on Max Sync time.
