What is Microsoft Engage Center?
Microsoft Engage Center is a single pane of glass for Enterprise Support Agreement customers to partner with Microsoft on all their engineering-led engagements cross-cloud. It helps your team and Microsoft to manage support through insights-driven case reports, IT health assessments, and advanced learning on Microsoft Technologies.
What is Enterprise Support Agreement?
The Enterprise Support Agreement is the agreement between Microsoft and a customer setting the terms and conditions for product and support purchases.
What is a workspace?
Once your customer's Enterprise Support Agreement becomes active and Enterprise Support is turned on, a workspace (or more than one workspace) is created in Microsoft Engage Center.
How do I switch between workspaces?
You can switch between workspaces by using the workspace toggle at top of the page.
Why do I see some tabs unavailable to me?
Tabs are unavailable when you don't have the appropriate access. You can contact your team administrator to get the access you would need.
User management
How do users get access to Microsoft Engage Center?
A registered Microsoft Engage Center user with the "Manage Microsoft Entra Groups" permission can add users from the in Microsoft Engage Center, as long as a Microsoft Entra group already exists with the desired users.

What type of accounts can be used to register?
Microsoft Engage Center supports Microsoft Entra ID accounts that are part of a tenant that is under an Enterprise Support Agreement.
Who can remove users from Microsoft Engage Center?
All Microsoft Engage Center users who have access to a certain workspace can view the Microsoft Entra groups for that workspace. However, users can't see members of Microsoft Entra groups on Microsoft Engage Center until they have logged into Microsoft Engage Center for the first time. Under the "Users" tab on Microsoft Engage Center, users can view system users who are automatically assigned to the workspace from Enterprise Support Agreement and users who have previously logged in. System users can't be managed on Microsoft Engage Center.
Does Microsoft Engage Center support Microsoft Entra External IDs (aka guest users)?
Yes! You can use B2B collaboration capabilities detailed in the Workforce Tenant Overview. This allows you to work securely with business partners and guests within Microsoft Engage Center.
Does Microsoft Engage Center support Microsoft accounts (MSA)?
Yes, Microsoft Engage Center supports users logging in with personal Microsoft accounts. (MSA) through Entra's B2B feature.

Customer activity
Who can see the Customer Activity Page?
To gain access to the "Customer Activity" Page, a user needs to be added to an Entra group that has the "View Customer Activity" permission. For information on the roles that have the "View Customer Activity" permission, see Microsoft Engage Center roles and permissions.
What do I do if there is incorrect information on the Customer Activity page?
