Through the Shared files page, your Microsoft representative can share files with you related to your Support agreement.
Note
Files shared on Services Hub are viewable by all users in your workspace who have the "Shared Files" permission.
Upload Shared Files
Sign in to Services Hub, select Resources and then Shared files. This launches the list of shared files.
To upload a new shared file, select Upload file in the upper left corner.
Remove a File from Sharing
To remove a shared file, sign in to Services Hub, select Resources and then select Shared Files. Select the remove link. Once removed, you may not restore the removed file.
