The Microsoft Services Hub Home page

The Home page provides important information about your IT ecosystem and recommended actions to proactively manage the health of your IT environment. You can also view recommended on-demand learning experiences to help you stay current on your Microsoft products and technologies. The Home page emphasizes ease of use with sections and focus areas that highlight, or recommend, specific actions in support, IT health, and learning.

Home page overview

The Home page is laid out in three main sections: the Action Center, Recent Services Hub Releases, and the Contacts section. Each section is made up of focus areas with further details, information, and resources.

Action Center

The Action Center section has three focus areas to help you track your organization’s recent support requests, view alerts and recommendations for managing your IT environment health, and explore recommended on-demand learning.

  • The Support focus area is visible to your organization’s support contacts, and helps them easily manage recent support activity, connect to Microsoft support engineers, and stay on top of your Microsoft support requests.

  • The IT Health focus area helps you and your team take advantage of On-Demand Assessments that use predictive analytics, and provide expert recommendations to help you remediate issues and risks in your IT environment.

  • The Learning focus area provides recommended on-demand learning experiences based on your interests where you can learn at your own pace through learning paths, webcasts and videos, and practice interactively with hands-on-labs.

New and Trending section.

The New and Trending section helps keep you up-to-date on the latest Services Hub features and capabilities and helps you discover release notes, learning opportunities, and items of interest to you.

Contacts

The Contacts section helps you easily find your Microsoft representatives, key contacts within your organization, and quickly access your organization’s Services Hub users.

Primary Navigation

The Services Hub Primary Navigation provides access to Services Hub features such as Support, IT Health, Learning, and additional s. Also, you can easily see the Services Hub workspace you are currently signed in to under the Primary Navigation.

Operations Navigation

The Services Hub Operations Navigation helps you search, manage Services Hub users in your organization, view your agreement details, and stay up-to-date with key notifications. You can also access the Services Hub documentation, give feedback, and contact the Services Hub team.

The name and workspace dropdown in the Operations Navigation gives you access to your profile. The Services Hub profile page displays your contact information, selected role, groups you manage or belong to, selected areas of expertise, and the ability to opt-in to Services Hub research and email communications. The name and workspace dropdown also gives you visibility to the workspaces that you are a member of within your organization.
