Q. Where can I see a list of all the learning content or titles?
A. To find the list of available learning titles, sign in to the Services Hub, select Learning. We also have a catalog that provides a dynamic listing of content. You can access it by clicking on Learning or Resources then Services Catalog.

Q. What is Learning within the Services Hub?
A. Learning within the Services Hub is a combination of technologies that bring together content within the Learning Campus, Services Hub Learning Paths, as well as content from Microsoft Learn to provide a comprehensive learning experience.

Q. How do I access on-demand learning content?
A. To access on-demand content, select Learning. This will launch the Learning landing page. From here you can:

  • Search for learning content
  • Browse courses you have already started with My Learning
  • View recommended courses
  • See new and updated items
  • Browse learning content by type
  • Jump into popular learning topics

Q. How do I start a lab?
A. Click on the content and select the link to start viewing. If you are having trouble with the lab starting, visit the troubleshooting article.

Q. How can I link my Services Hub organizational account to my personal account so that I can see my Microsoft Learn progress?
A. If you sign in to Microsoft Learn training, you can click on the person icon in the upper left corner and select Profile. From the Profile menu, navigate to Settings/Account Management to add an account. Alternatively, if you have two Microsoft Learn profiles that you would like to merge, review the Microsoft Learn FAQ.

Q. How many times may I take the same course or lab?
A. You can take a course or lab as many times as you'd like.

Q. What happens if I close a lab without exiting it first?
A. The lab will automatically shut down after 15 minutes. You can restart that lab or another one any time after it has shut down.

Q. What happens if I drop out of a lab after I start it?
A. If you leave a lab early, you must cancel the lab and exit the tutorial before you can start another lab. If you don't, you'll need to wait approximately 15 minutes for the lab to automatically shut down before you can start another course.

Q. Are video courses available?
A. Yes; to see the lists of courses available, click Learning, scroll down to On-Demand Videos, and click on the Discover More link.

Q. How do I narrow the list of courses, labs, webcasts, and videos to find what interests me?
A. You can filter the list of available learning modules from the Catalog Search page. Click Learning, then scroll down and select the learning type you are interested in.

Q. Is there reporting information for usage and consumption of learning activities?
A. The customer activity page (CAP) provides an overview of learning consumed through the Services Hub for the current workspace. Your administrator can grant access to that page with the Customer Activity permission. You can also view your individual training transcript under My Courses on the Learning page.

Q. Can I get a report of what learning my team has consumed? A. Yes; you can view, or export, aggregate consumption of your organization’s On-demand Education on the Customer Activity page..

Q. Can I resume a lab from where I left off in my last session?
A. Yes; you can resume where your session ended.

Q. Can I set permissions on who can participate in learning services?
A. Yes; the Learning role on the Services Hub grants access to the Services Catalog and Learning page on the Services Hub..

Q. Can I get the training in my local language?
A. In some cases, yes. To filter for language-specific modules, click Learning, search for the learning you are interested in, and use the language filters on the page.

Q. What is the difference between a Webcast and an On-Demand Video?
A. A Webcast is a live hosted event and an On-Demand Video is a recorded presentation. We record Webcasts so you can view them later, but in those cases, we refer to them as Webcasts.

Q. Do you bring in content from conferences or other places?
A. Yes; select content from a variety of resources is included in the Services Hub.
