Services Hub - Programs Overview

Achieve more by bringing together a collection of services and deliverables with Services Hub Programs. Services Hub Programs are a way to easily share and track information with your organization or your Microsoft representative about outcomes you are trying to achieve. You can access Programs by selecting IT Health in the Primary Navigation, then select Programs. Programs can be created by you, members of your organization, or Microsoft representatives and visibility into a Program is limited by default to the members of a Program.

Custom Programs

Build Custom Programs by bringing together a collection of services and deliverables from the Services Catalog to achieve one or more outcomes.

Capability Programs

A Capability Program is created from a collection of self-serve recommendations from the results of your answers on a Survey, brought together with Microsoft-assisted services to achieve one or more outcomes.

Note

You need to have taken at least one Capability Survey before creating a Capability Program.

Proactive Programs

A Proactive Program is a collection of strategically combined Managed Intellectual Property specific to scenario-based outcomes.

Assessment Remediation Programs

An Assessment Remediation Program is a collection of self-serve recommendations to optimize your environment based on Microsoft best practices preventing issues before they arise and continually drive environment improvement outcomes.

Note

You need to have taken at least one survey or an On-Demand Assessment (preferably both) before creating an Assessment Remediation Program.
