Roles and Privileges
Azure Owner/Contributor Privileges
- Link the Services Hub to the Microsoft Azure Management Portal
- Grant or remove access to the On-Demand Assessment (Azure owner only)
- View or download reports
- Add or remove assessments from the Microsoft Services Hub
Services Admin/Global Admin Privileges
- Services Admin is first to receive an email at agreement start date and can delegate management to Global Admins
- Invite users to Services Hub
- Remove registered users from the Services Hub
- Enable or disable the Support Contact role
Support Contact Privileges
- Create a request for support from Microsoft
- Open and manage support requests that you own
- View your Access ID for support request management
Services Hub User Privileges
- Invite other users to join the Services Hub
- View the Microsoft Services Catalog, schedule a Service, or request information about a Service
- View your organization's agreement details
- View Microsoft representative's contact info
- Take a class with Learning On-Demand
- View and participate in live or recorded webcasts
- Use the Programs feature to create and track tasks for yourself or your team
Workspace Admin Privileges
- Manage all settings, users, and permissions for designated workspace*
- Invite other users to register and use the Services Hub
- Remove registered users from the Services Hub
- Enable or disable the Support Contact role
Customer Activity Privileges
- Grants access to the Customer Activity pages
- Access granted by Admins for Services Hub Workspace Admins
- Directly self-serve on Services Hub to understand what has been purchased and delivered against your current support agreement(s), without needing your CSAM to manually generate your Customer Proof of Delivery (CPOD) report
