Service Administrator and Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) - Unified Customers

Role definition

Services Admin manages the User Enablement of Services Hub.

Services Administrators are unique roles that are defined by the Support agreement. The Services Administrator role priorities are Entitlement Administrator and User Enablement in Services Hub.

There may be one or more Services Administrators. If you want to add or remove one, please contact your CSAM.

The Service Administrator role is viable to all users.
