Q. What is included in the Services menu or section?
A. The Services section of the Services Hub is the where you can access many of the benefits and resources of your support agreement. You'll also find education and service recommendations aligned to your goals and interests.

Q. What will I find in the Recommended section of Services?
A. The Recommended section of Services provides a list of the services tailored to the interests you selected in your profile.

Q. What will I find in the Included filter of Services?
A. The Included section of Services provides a list of all the Services included to you as part of your agreement.

Q. What will I find in the Catalog filter of Services?
A. The Catalog section of Services provides a list of all the services available from Microsoft.

Q. How many services can I consume?
A. You can request to consume or participate in any Microsoft service. Check with your Microsoft representative for service eligibility.

Q. How often is the Services Catalog updated?
A. The Services Catalog is refreshed daily.

Q. Can I share on-demand course links with a co-worker?
A. Yes. As part of a plan you can create a training task and make a co-worker the owner. They will receive an email notification and can launch the content directly from the Plan.

Q. How is the Services section of the Services Hub different from the Learning section?
A. The Services section of the Services Hub lists all the Microsoft Services offered. Learning On-Demand only displays the learning education courses.

Q. What is a Service?
A. The Services Hub provides you with access to resources (Services) to help you learn more about the products and focus areas relevant to your outcomes.

Q. When I select recommended Services, they aren't relevant to me. How do I fix this?
A. By updating your profile. To do this, click on your username and select Edit Profile; then to add areas of expertise and click the + icon under Add areas of expertise.

Q. What does it mean to have CSAM recommended on the service description?
A. CSAM recommended services are services that your Microsoft Technical Account Manager recommends for your company.
