Open support requests

To open a new support request:

  1. Sign in to Services Hub.

  2. Select "Support" from the primary navigation ribbon along the top of the page.

  3. Select the blue “Open a support request" button.

  4. Fill out the New Support Request form.

  5. Select your product and describe the issue.

  6. Then, describe the severity of the issue and level of support required.

  7. Provide your contact information and preferred contact method.

  8. Finally, verify the details of the new Microsoft Support request.
