Month element (Regional Settings)
Applies to: SharePoint 2016 | SharePoint Foundation 2013 | SharePoint Online | SharePoint Server 2013
Used in TIMEZONE.XML (%ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\15\CONFIG) to contain an integer representing the month in which standard time or daylight saving time begins for a time zone. If the Month element is empty outside the context of TIMEZONE.XML, such as in a view definition (Schema.xml), it returns the current month.
