TimeZones element (Regional Settings)

Contains the collection of time zone definitions for regional settings. Used in TIMEZONE.XML (%ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\15\CONFIG) and RGNLSTNG.XML (%ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\15\TEMPLATE\1033\XML).
