This session will cover Azure Database for PostgreSQL advancements such as integration with Premium SSDv2 disk, the new azure_ai extension, adoption of pgvector, simplified Geo Disaster Recovery (GeoDR), support for Postgres major version upgrades, Enterprise Security including CMK and Entra ID Auth, seamless compute scaling, effective performance diagnosis/troubleshooting tools, as well as enhanced data protection through Azure Defender and more.
