The bulk-model semantics for SQLSetPos calls with the irow argument equal to 0 are supported.

SQL_LOCK_NO_CHANGE is supported for fLock. SQL_LOCK_EXCLUSIVE and SQL_LOCK_UNLOCK are not supported.
