Microsoft for Startups helps founders build fast, scale smart, and sell more. As startups build and grow, they may become eligible for additional benefits.
Startups backed by a partner in the Microsoft for Startups Investor Network may unlock expanded support, including higher Startup credits, Azure Standard support, technical guidance, and go-to-market resources.
What additional benefits include
Eligible startups may receive:
- Up to $150,000 in total Startup credits, depending on eligibility and prior usage
- Access to GPU-enabled infrastructure, including serverless and on-demand compute for AI workloads
- Azure Standard Support (24/7) at no cost
- Technical guidance from Microsoft experts
Additional go-to-market and product benefits may include:
- Marketplace readiness and co-sell opportunities with Microsoft sellers
- Ability to sell through Microsoft Commercial Marketplace using enterprise Azure budgets
- Product benefits and discounts, such as:
- GitHub Enterprise (up to 20 users)
- Microsoft 365 Business Premium (up to 50 seats)
- Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and LinkedIn Premium
How to unlock additional benefits
To access these benefits:
- Your startup must be backed by a VC, accelerator, incubator, or university in the Microsoft for Startups Investor Network
- You receive a referral code from your partner
- You enter the code during application or submit it later through the portal
Eligibility is reviewed, and benefits are granted based on your startup’s status and progress.
