Discover your playlists on Stream
Go to Stream Start page – stream.office.com
Select the playlist filter to view all recent playlists either created or shared with you.
Click on more filters and activity and select created by me to view your playlists
Discover your playlists on Lists
Alternatively, you can also find your playlists in the List app. The playlist logo helps you differentiate playlists from other Lists.
You can also filter to Recent Lists I created to view your playlists.
You can also filter to your playlists in OneDrive by selecting My lists from the Recent lists dropdown.
Discover relevant playlists in your organization
Go to Stream Start page – stream.office.com
Select the playlist filter to view all recent playlists either accessed or shared with you.
You can also visit your SharePoint Home page and view all the site playlists on the left-hand navigation bar.
Alternatively, you can also find your playlists in List app.
Subscribe to a playlist
One way to stay updated with relevant content on playlists is by subscribing to them so that you receive a notification whenever a new video is added.
On the playlists page, click on subscribe button for playlists you want to stay updated.
See the subscription confirmation message on the top right-hand side.
Access the notification email whenever a new video is added to the playlist.
Click on watch Now to watch the video from the playlist. <!--(insert image)
Alternatively, you can favorite a playlist so that it always appears under Favorites filter.
Alternatively, you can also use Rules and automate to write your own rule for custom notifications.
Search for shared playlists
Yes, users can search for playlists if it's saved in a shared location or if it was shared with them and they opened the ‘shared link’ at least once. The playlists can be searched through the following methods:
