We don't offer trial lessons, but if you're not totally satisfied, you'll get your money back for any unused lessons.

That means if you're not satisfied with your lessons we'll help you find a new teacher, or refund any future unused lesson credits within 90-days of purchase or the last lesson attended, no questions asked.
If you're struggling to stay motivated or it's not working out with your teacher, we're here to help you through it. Our Student Counselors are available Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM PST to help you find a new teacher (if needed) or discuss rerfund options for any credit you may no longer want to use.
