How can I set custom rates?

Custom rates can be set for any existing student on your Roster

Setting custom rates allows you to personalize pricing for individual students on your Roster. Custom rates enable students to purchase lessons at a specific rate even if their recurring schedule has been canceled.

Adding Custom Rates

  1. Navigate to your Roster page located under the Scheduling Tab

  1. Select the Student whose rate you would like to adjust

  1. From the Billing section, click Set special pricing

  1. Choose the Subject

  1. Define the rate based on their location and duration, then save your changes.

Removing Custom Rates

You can cancel a custom rate at any time by clicking on the trash can icon in the Set special pricing section within the student's Billing settings.
