Microsoft Learn Career Connected brings together skilling organizations, newly skilled job-seekers, and employers in need of talent. This Talent Coalition creates community of connection where people can discover opportunity, further develop their skills, build relationships, and hire the right people for the right roles.

The Microsoft Learn Career Connected Talent Coalition is anchored in five strategic approaches to helping you close your talent gap. As a member of the Coalition, you're supported in activating our strategic approaches to addressing both your immediate and your ongoing, long-term talent needs.

  • Upskill: Upskill your existing technical talent with new technical or consulting skills to accelerate capability and retain critical skills, institutional knowledge, and talent.
  • Mobilize: Identify and mobilize your non-tech talent with adjacent skills into technical roles or consulting careers through targeted reskilling.
  • Acquire: Identify existing talent pools and contract or permanently place experienced technical, functional or consulting talent into your organization.
  • Reskill: Work with organizations that recruit, train, and deploy newly technically skilled individuals with adjacent industry or specialized skills
  • Cultivate: Access higher and further education students and institutions, learners working with nonprofit organizations to secure a long-term, durable, and diverse talent pipeline for your organization.
