Create new emails with finance
Finance agents let you use generative AI to compose new emails. The process resembles the process for replying to existing emails.
To compose a new email, follow these steps.
Select New mail.
In the To field, enter the contact.
On the top menu, select All Apps, and then select the finance agents app.
In the Copilot pane, in the Copilot sidecar, select Draft an email.
Enter a prompt to guide finance agents about the email that you want to compose. You can optionally specify the following information:
Tone
Length
If you're dissatisfied with the draft that's generated, select Regenerate.
When you're satisfied with the draft that's generated, select Add to draft. The draft is inserted into the body of the email.
