Introduction
The data analysis mode in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central allows you to analyze data directly from the page without needing to run a report or switch to another application, such as Microsoft Excel. It provides an interactive and versatile way to calculate, summarize, and examine data. Instead of running reports by using different options and filters, you can add multiple tabs that represent different tasks or views on the data, such as My customers, Follow-up items, Recently added vendors, or Sales statistics.
This ability to analyze data directly on queries without needing to switch applications sets a higher standard for what you, your users, and data analysts can do on a daily basis.
